Syntexen (Syntexen Tecnologia Ltda, Brazilian company registration CNPJ 59.949.962/0001-34) provides artificial intelligence agents for customer service and sales via WhatsApp, the Smart Assessment, apps, tailored solutions and a client dashboard to follow conversations, support and invoices.

2. Acceptable use

Clients agree to use the service lawfully, following WhatsApp Business and Meta policies, and to message only contacts who have given consent where required.

3. Plans and payment

Prices, message allowances and conditions are set out in the proposal or contract signed with each client.

4. Limitation

AI agents can make mistakes; clients should review the rules and content they configure. Syntexen does not guarantee specific business results.
